Congrats to Iana for her ribodepletion paper being online on bioRxiv!!

As a result of our work on planarian piRNAs we were able to develop a custom ribodepletion procedure for planarian flatworms. The procedure is very efficient, robust and it works for all planarian species that we tested. We hope that the planarian community will make great use of our protocol. In addition, our workflow may be useful as a blueprint for ribodepletion in any other organism, let be prokaryotic or eukaryotic.
