Felix' paper on CDK8 and MED12 accepted in PNAS

Congrats to Felix (and Iana) and the former Master students Franziska, Robin and Melanie for their work being accepted at PNAS. We were able to uncover how the oncogene CDK8 is activated by MED12, both using structural biochemistry and systems biology. Also, our findings have significant implications to drug development and will hopefully pave the road to new and specific CDK8 inhibitors.
